Decision Support System for Integrated Water Resources Management

While working in Bihar, I have taken the challenge to conceive, win, negotiation and employ a Decision Support System (DSS) for Integrated Water Resources Management for Kiul-Harohar and Mahananda Basins. I succeeded. I tried to develop the system as much as possible from the scratch and bypass the Commercial packages that are available for the task. This resulted into the following framework for the DSS which I had adapted from Nile Basin DSS.
